Summer Garden Party 2011
Our annual Garden Party took place at Hethfelton House, near Wareham on Monday 13th June by kind permission of Mike and Pam Jeffries. The sun was shining and our members and guests enjoyed a wonderful buffet lunch provided by Helen Furness, caterers based in Cerne Abbas.
Our Guest of Honour was Dr David Evans, Director of Planning and Community Services at West Dorset District Council. Dr David Evans gave a presentation on ‘Localism: towards community led planning.
