The Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE) shall seek to improve, protect and preserve for the benefit of the public, the countryside and the market towns and rural villages of the County of Dorset. In the Dorset Branch we have five local Groups who monitor nearly every planning application to ensure they comply with the Council’s Plan Policy and Design Guidelines. Preservation Group, Dorset CPRE, Sturminster Marshall PC, and the local District
Councillor, all opposing the plan fell on mostly deaf ears.
